Before The Law Degree
Real estate isn’t Melinda’s second career — it’s her first.
“I grew up in real estate with my family: we bought, sold, rented, lent, borrowed, built, fixed, developed, and flipped. I now have a passion to help others build their own American Dream through real estate.”
She grew up watching her family’s real estate business in Montreal up close, long before setting foot in a law school classroom. That path led her to Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, where she graduated with honors — and first discovered how much she wanted to help people through the law.
